Are you allowed to have tomato or squash soup so long as there is no milk in it? That was my savior for the 22 days of liquid diet prior to the surgery on the 13th of this month.

I ate squash soup too, it was so good! I could not touch the protein drinks for like 6 weeks after I went onto regular foods, they made me gag, lol! Only recently added them back in. Greek yogurt was my savior, and I added all sorts of stuff to it, crystal light, sugarless maple-flavored syrup, even beef gravy (sort of tasted like stroganoff). I still eat it almost every morning, I never got sick of it.
