No, I haven't tried it yet.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

Hey Lora.....Oh no...Kidney Stones, ouch! I drink the Propel (It's $1 at the Dollar stores) and the Vitamin Water or Zero waters are the same at Walmart. I usually drink water with Lemon in it, if I want something a bit "more than water". I have seen some flavor things at the store that you squeeze drops into a glass of water (sorry the name escapes me) but it looked like a cool idea, cause you can keep it in your purse!

I don't know if you can have it, but Splenda makes a mix of Splenda and sugar - I use it sometimes to add to my fruit and greek yogurt.  I use the SF Hawaiian Punch sticks, too, and love them.

I use splenda or off brand splenda every day when I make a kool aid and I use same amount of splenda like it was sugar which 1 cup * I use right just under a cup per packet ,it tends to be a little too sweet for me if I use a full cup per packet.

For financial reasons I decided to buy some Koolaid and give it a go. I love the pre-made powders that are sugar free ( Im diabetic ) but it's pricey. I am using Stevia in the Raw and love it but not with Koolaid. It's nasty and bitter and I cannot taste the Koolaid at all. It's barely flavored bitter water. I can't wait until I can just buy the pre-made sugar free packets or squeeze bottles again.
