Bariatric Choice has BA calcium chews on sale
They are normally $11.95 and are on sale for $10.59. Not a big savings, but they usually don't go on sale at all, anywhere, and if you are running low anyway...
You also get free shipping over $49, and they have BA and Celebrate vitamins (as well as other "bariatric" stuff).

This particular protein shot is a waste of money. It is almost all collagen protein with a little bit of whey protein thrown in (despite the name... Check the ingredients list), and you will not absorb the collagen protein. By the manufacturer's own information, the PDCAAS score is .08 (instead of 1.0 for pure whey protein), so you will only absorb about FOUR of the 42g of protein in it!
The only protein shot I know of that is 100% WHEY protein is called Yes Whey.

The only place I have seen it for sale is on the Bariatric Advantage website. I ordered one just to see if it tasted any better than the old collagen ones (I didn't know they were useless to a originally, either!). They are only a wee bit better tasting (I got some kind of a berry flavor), but it IS a lot of protein of you can chug them down, LOL.

I'm with Lora on the info about protein shots that are mostly collagen.
You can make your own protein shots. Use any protein powder you like - I think it would work best with something like Syntrax Nectar twisted cherry or roadside lemonade - and add it to about 1/3 cup of water or Crystal Light. It's going to be kind of thick and strong-tasting.
I would get a sample of the Yes Whey before ordering a case - or a sample of one of the Syntrax Nectars to try making your own shot - before buying a case of anything. It sucks to find yourself with a whole case of something you cannot stand the taste of but hate to throw out because it cost so much money.
