Diet Progression
Look at this as an opportunity to practice dealing with frustration without eating things you "shouldn't" eat. Seriously. Acknowledge the frustration (it's a valid feeling, I get it) and figure out what else, besides food, will help relieve it.

Stick to the plan until you consult with your surgeon. My surgeon actually progressed my diet ahead of schedule, so it's not out of the question.
