How to deal with nosey coworkers?

All these were terrific answers. I don't plan on saying anything about my surgery - it's my decision and it's very personal and private to me. It took a lot of time, work and effort to get to the point of choosing this option. When I start losing the weight (I'm pre-op now), I'll simply say I'm on a high protein, low carb diet - much like sugar busters ... if I say anything at all.
