2 Years - Holy Cow

I'm not on the boards much - mostly because I stalk people on Facebook (kidding!). But our girl Nik reminded me I should be paying it forward since I gained an unobstructed view of my toes some time ago. My computer doesn't like the browser activity here, so I'll make this short, sweet and tomorrow I'll have a longer blip on my blog.

Tid bit version:

I weighed around 365 when I started my weight loss adventure. May 17, 2011 I had gastric bypass. Three months and four lectures later from my doctor about exercise, I got myself into the hands of a personal trainer (he's hot). The pictures below summarize the last two years.

How I looked rolling into surgery:

One Year Post Op:

Collage done Fall of 2012. It was also the first and last day I wore Spanx. OmG.

My trainer put this on his car wrap (yes..I'm now an advertisement):

Wow congrats you look fantastic. You don't resemble your before picture at all. Even last year to this your you've significantly. Again congrats to an amazing transformation.

Fantastic job!  I'm planning to work with a personal trainer too (once I'm cleared for weight training).  I hope mine manages to get me in the same fine shape as you.  Well done!

I specifically asked to work with someone who would push me, stalk me, and basically not allow me to screw around. I can get pretty lazy.
