14 months out and still making progress

I weighed in at Tops tonight. I am 14 months out and still able to have small losses. I have a ways yet to go for goal. I am in a new decade weight wise. I notice too looser clothing and even more saggy loose skin. Rather have the loose skin than the fat to fill it back out!.

Funny thing is yesterday I had the munchies big time. But instead of eating anything big, I  would just have an apple or a single instant pack of oatmeal. Tomorrow I will probably ride round the lake again, I enjoy the heck outta that. For those of you who are suffering with an angry pouch or second guessing your decision for this miracle surgery, all I can say is keep the faith. It gets better, it will get better. Make it happen!!!

AS FOR MY LOST WEIGHT, THANK GOD AND WLS YOUR GONE...:-)
