Try Breyers Carb Smart. It isn't too bad. 90 calories, 4g sugar, 2gr protein for a 1/2 cup.

Yes the carb smart is good. Schwans home delivery service also has a low carb that is butter pecan. Yum, for an occasional treat it is wonderful. I never can get to much because my teenage boys eat it all up lol

I like the frozen Greek yogurt cups from Yoplait. The frozen Greek yogurt from Ben and Jerrys is good too, but LOADED with sugar....very sweet. The PB banana is amazing.

The Klondike NSA bars are another treat I enjoy....

Real full fat ice cream with real sugar is one of the few things that does not sit well with me....probably because I overindulge!!
