Aweaome! I really don't feel like I go out of my way much. However, I weigh everyday to keep in my mind where I am. If I gain I keep an eye on grazing I don't really sit to eat a meal all at once. I can't do a ton of carbs it makes me feel so sick!

Did you reach and maintain your goal or go up some afterwards? I hope you are happy at your current weight.

The happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts.

In Christ

Hi Diane,

Thanks for posting. I am debating between RNY and Sleeve. Please tell me the Best and Worst aspects of RNY.

Thanks!

First of all congratulations. I am 2 months post op and don't really feel hungry which is great.  I'm just wondering if this will always be the case?
