I saw an add that the new optisource has calcium citrate and not carbonate.  How about some BA or Centrum multi in Capsules ?

CVS brand silver chewable- has 200 mg (mix of calcium phosphate and carbonate)

Centrum has a multi in capsules?!?  Have not seen those.  Will look for them.

You may check into having a multi compounded for you from a pharmacy. I know we have a small local pharmacy that does this. Not sure on pricing, but they make it contain what YOU want... so you could probably eliminate some other vitamins depending on what you take.
