One a Day has a bunch of different formulas. You'd have to read the label to see, There are many different prenatals, too, and they are not all the same.
Read the label and see if it has 100% of the RDA of most things, and includes minerals like zinc, copper, and selenium. If so, it meets our needs for a multi.
We still need calcium citrate, B12, and probably additional iron and additional D3.
