A surreal before/after
Granted, I'm still on my grind to re-lose my regain (I've been keeping with my 5-day-a-week gym goal!)
But a family member yesterday did Throwback Thursday pics on FB and posted one of me from way back inna day. I'd theorize this is me at my heighest weight.
Kinda fuzzy but you can get the gist. Here's me a few weeks ago on St. Patrick's Day.
So while I do need to stay diligent, I still have SO much to be thankful for. Just thought I'd share.

You look great, Nik, but you have such sadness in your eyes. I hope all is well.

Sadness? Wow, I guess I can see that. I took that first pic before my morning coffee. There are others of me looking goofy but the above is the pic with the most body in the shot. This pic is what I posted on BF that day:

So cool! And good on you for sticking with your workout plan. Consistency is the key and it sounds like you're getting into the swing of it really well.
When Joe and I got married last year, my mom wanted to make a slideshow of pictures of us when we were younger. She was worried I'd be embarrassed about including pictures of me when I was obese and I was like "Hell no! I like seeing how far I've come since then."
