I just checks my BMI, and realized I went from Super Obese (52) to Obese (38).  Is it sad that I'm doing the happy dance? LOL

Nope, because I'm doing a happy dance too!

I came into your comment to give you a gentle lecture on obesity, and that It should not make one happy, for obvious health reasons, and what would you be doing on "Obesity Help" stating such a comment, but you fooled me! Great for you to go from a 52 to a 38 BMI. You should have done this on April 1.

hahahaaha I did the same thing!! My next milestone is to get this last 6-8 (keep fluctuating) lbs off and be under 200!!!! MAN, losing the first 114 was easy - it's the last 51 that's a B*tch! hahaha

CONGRATS!!!

Every step down is a milestone, I couldn't wait to reach a normal bmi, it took me 2.5 years to make it happen but it felt like a miracle when it did.  Congrats!

I'm happy for you.  I was glad to see that I had graduated from super obese to extremely obese. There is still quite a way to go, but every step down is a step closer to healthy weight goals. Good job.broken heart
