It's been 4.5 years since my RNY...I haven't really gained any weight I fluctuate up & down about 5 lbs each month. Lately I feel like I can eat everything in sight. It's as if my pouch is no longer a pouch. I have no sense of fullness anymore. Anyone experienced this before?
I just had my rny in March, but if you look for the 5 day pouch test you can try that to see if it's still working! Would probably get you down that 1 lb you need to be at your 'goal' :P
