New mini goal
I have decided to re-adjust my thinking from my ultimate goal to a much needed change. I was staying depressed over not losing and by swinging back and forth between 147-150 lbs. so I have set a new mini goal of 143 lbs. Reaching for 123 lbs. right now is too much pressure. I want to see how long it takes to accomplish this and maintain it before resetting a new mini goal. Any suggestions or advice?
