Thanks. I think I'm just one of the lucky ones as I haven't exercised much at all. I have and do stick to pretty much protein only eating. I didn't add veggies or fruit in when I was allowed and just used my pouch space for protein. I do eat carbs now (potatoes or whole wheat bread) but limit it to 2 servings a week. My plan didn't allow dairy like milk or yogurt til 6 mo. and I still rarely eat it. I think it was a combination of the strict plan my doctor uses and the fact that I'm a geek and monitored EVERYTHING. If I went 5 days without losing I changed something to lose at least 1 pound that week. I didn't hit a plateau until I was down to 123 and it was only for a little over a week. Now at goal I've stopped again and haven't lost anything in 2 weeks but I'm not too concerned about it. bt the way 80 pounds in 6 mo. is great!
I just read what you said about not losing for two weeks, and thought, you are so tiny, I don't think you could lose anymore without disappearing! Lol you have done an amazing amazing transformation!
