18 month revisit to a tv show I was on (Supersize vs Superskinny)

18 months ago I was on a british tv show called Supersize vs Superskinny. They recently did a revisit for Geoff Milton. There is no new footage (of me) but I think there is a little different footage from was first aired 18 months ago. I've seen that show. That's awesome.

I jus****ched the video. I had not seen it. Very enlightening and scary to look into the future. Inspirational. I am even more committed to this new healthy lifestyle. It makes eating tofu sound good. . Hope you are doing well.

I love that show.  I watch them all the time on YouTube for advice and inspiration.
