I ran up the stairs at one point and was waiting for Joe and Evan at the top and realized I wasn't out of breath. That was too cool! (Okay, that's partially because I have exercise induced asthma and am amazed any time my chest doesn't get tight when I move a lot. )

I have asthma too which sucks when I want to excersize outside and it's cold. My chest still closes up. But at least in bit outta breath because of my weight!

How FUN!!! and you look absolutely, fabulously AWESOME .... congrats on an awesome journey and enjoying the awesome surprises after all the years ...it is amazing indeed ... I surprise myself each time I run and I do it almost every other day ... life is good indeed ... thanks for sharing this awesome thread ... I enjoyed all your pictures ... all the awesome things one sees/enjoys on a walk ... it is a very special feeling indeed....
