Stalled weight loss/soft food question

I lost quite a bit the first two weeks post op but this week, I haven't lost one pound. I am trying to increase my protein.  I know I am not getting near 60 grams or enough calories - currently 300 - 500/day.  I am supposed to move to soft foods this week.  I have lost my sheet.  Are there recommended foods that will aid in weight loss?  Any suggestions on how to jump start this again?

When I went in for my 2 week appt my dr told me that my loss for week 3-4 would be small because my body would be gaining some of the fluid that I lost previously and losing fat so it would kind of even out with the weight loss. He was right...I didn't really lose anything for about a week or so...when I got on the scale yesterday I had lost a little bit.

You have to remember that you will have small stalls because your body is catching up to this weight loss...You are moving from liquids to "real food" and your body will stall to figure out what is going on and then start losing again. Just keep doing what you are supposed to and it will happen. (That's what I keep telling myself!) :)
