Scale Victory, NSV, Unhappy Pouch, tips on how to get to my mini-goal??
Hey Y'all :-)
So I was pretty excited this morning - I was 203 :-) Yay - 2 pound loss - I will take that :-) I have been on a stall for about a month and it has been making me loony so the movement is freat!
My NSV is signing up for my 2nd 5K - I am all registered and ready to go! My first will be April 20 - Challenge Obesity and the 2nd is Run for the Roses. Never did I think that I would ever sign up for a 5K......I may walk for some of it but I am going to cross the finish line!
My pouch is being a giant "B" today......we are normally friends but she is not happy. I think I had too much coffee creamer in my coffee this morning - she didn't like that - then she wouldn't let me eat my eggs, vitamins are not going well...aarrgghh. I have never had a sassy pouch day so I am wondering what is going on?
I need some tips for jump starting the loss again so I can be 199.9 by my birthday on April 2nd.......I have been at a stand still and I know it is only 3 pounds from 203 to 199 but sometimes my body says - No way. I am thinking increasing my water, chaining myself to my treadmill, and increasing protein??
