I'm Home!!!

Two days out from band to RnY and I am feeling wonderful so far.  No gas, no nausea.  As long as I stay on the dilaudid, I am having very little discomfort.  My dietician will be calling me next week and I have to call my surgeon on Monday to make a 2-week appointment.

My 2-day stay was the best!  Wonderful staff at Barix.  They did not have wi-fi or I would have been posting.

I weighed 236 as I entered surgery, 246 when I came out and 250 at discharge!  They tell me is is from all the fluid and swelling as I have eaten very little but have not had any issues with drinking at all.

Welcome home. I had my surgery wednesday too. The doc gave me a choice of staying another day or going home last night. So i came home last night. The only problem i had in the hospital was i couldnt pee so they put in a cath.  I have had gas pretty bad but its getting better. I have been getting the hicups a lot though.
