11 Weeks out...How many Calories per day??
At 3 mo out my doctor asked me about my exercise. I told him I wasn't doing any because I was worried about starvation mode as I was only getting in about 500 calories a day. He told me I should aim for 800 a day and when I got there I should start exercising. I didn't consistently get there until 6-7 mo out.
As long as you are getting in your required protein in which is what? 100-120g? and 64 oz of water min. you should be in a good range. Also if you are deducting 700 calories from your intake how much is your intake a day? If you were only getting in 800 that could def. put you in starvation mode.
Just spoke to my NUT he has me set up for Metabolic testing to give me the best idea of where I need to be. He told me at this point because of my size (Currently 348lbs) I should try to get between 1000-1200 calories a day. This is pretty much where I have been maybe even a little lower but the whole calorie deduction because of excersize thing put me into panic mode. I cant wait to get the test done so I can be as accurate as I can.
