11 Weeks out...How many Calories per day??
According to my program, we don't really count calories directly -- we count protein, measure portions, and balance our meals. When we do those three things we generally end up in the range of 1000-1300. And on paper, we exercise on top of that.
What you're asking is whether you should eat your exercise calories. My advice is that you don't, at least not this early in your journey.
I can hardly eat 700 calories a day there is no way I would be able to eat even half of those back!! I'm only about 6 weeks out.
i'm 4 months 18 days out since my surgery and i only eat about 500 to 800 if i'm lucky...my dietician told me i should eat anywhere from 600 to 800 but the most important it for you to drink lots of water and eat your protein...i started loosing my hair because i don't eat enough protein :(....but i'm working on it....good luck!!!!
