11 Weeks out...How many Calories per day??

At 11 weeks out what is a good calorie count? Also I burn about 700 calories a day on the tread mill so I normally deduct that from my total calorie intake.

No one ever gave me a calorie count....just to stay focused on measuring and making sure my protein intake is up.

Programs vary, but according to my doctor it would be about 1000-1300 calories per day.

Ok we are kinda close Surgery date wise.....now is that number before or after you deduct what you burn at the gym?

According to my program, we don't really count calories directly -- we count protein, measure portions, and balance our meals.  When we do those three things we generally end up in the range of 1000-1300.   And on paper, we exercise on top of that.

What you're asking is whether you should eat your exercise calories.  My advice is that you don't, at least not this early in your journey.

I'm 6 months out and I eat 900 to 1000 calories per day

I can hardly eat 700 calories a day there is no way I would be able to eat even half of those back!!  I'm only  about 6 weeks out.

I didnt count calories until at least 9 months out. That early its more about just getting the amount of protein you need more than anything. Though I believe somewhere in the 400-800 range is probably normal at that stage.

i'm 4 months 18 days out since my surgery and i only eat about 500 to 800 if i'm lucky...my dietician told me i should eat anywhere from 600 to 800 but the most important it for you to drink lots of water and eat your protein...i started loosing my hair because i don't eat enough protein :(....but i'm working on it....good luck!!!!
