whey protein

just wondering has anyone tried the whey protein an if so which flavor ?

I've tried a bunch, probably a dozen, since my surgery.  Some have been SO NASTY!  My problem is that I find one I like and the grocery store stops selling it.  That being said, I like Designer Whey Vanilla and I've just found CVS sells a generic vanilla that I like.  The added bonus to the CVS brand is that they sell packets.  That is convenient for me when I travel.  I love chocolate and did a lot of chocolate after my surgery.  Funny though, I think it has too much sugar in it and upsets the pouch...so I've had to give it up.

Good luck.  Finding a whey protein you like is a challenge.  My brother who does protein shakes after the gym swears by GNC egg protein.  He likes the flavor and smell (says whey smells like butt!) a lot better.  I find GNC a bit cost prohibitive, however.

i have only tried one thus far but i like it in the almond milk it is Jay Robb from the vitamin store vanilla flavor it is quite good

I use Unjury brand, I use the unflavored and add oceanspray cranlemonade to it.
