Where's Nik been?
OH is home base! It's the first forum I ever belonged to as a post-op. You never forget where home is.
On the whole man thing, sigh. I dunno about them sometimes. But I try to keep hope alive.
I figure once I start school I'll be too busy to worry about it.

Men are a mystery that's for sure. You are a strong woman and Not just any man will do for you!!! He must also be strong and intelligent with the ability to see your heart and not look just at your body. If they are so self centered to just care about body image they are not worthy of your time. But that's just my humble opinion!!!!
Nik - congrats on the Grad School!! so proud of you & your mom would be proud too!!

Thanks, that means a lot. It's been an interesting year but I think everything is going to be ok. I anticipate being very emotional in the coming weeks, but that's to be expected. I just take it all one day at a time.

Nik! So, glad to hear from you!! I've been back working and started back to college myself! Wi**** was grad school but excited I'm taking on this challenge and hopefully can make it for the long haul!! So, my OH time is limited as well. Trying to get my second wind and get this weight started back on the downward spiral....isn't it amazing, with Men? Don't even get me sarted...lol
Not much with me, I went to your website yesterday and decided I really got to get back to basics and cooking....being single again, I've not been cooking and letting carbs creep in for convenience sake...hence the weight loss....and finding time to exercise. Really going to work on that since I have my one year anniversary in a couple months...I want to face the doctor, knowing I've done my best!!
((((Hugs))))

I need to go see my surgeon and I need to find a new PCP. I'm not very apt to go to the doctor in the first place so when my old PCP moved *** 2 years ago...) I never did look for a new one but I got a weird lab result back from a life insurance exam and I need to get it checked out so I need to get off my butt and do it!
Congrats on going back to school and I know you can get back on track with everything else. Let me know if I can help!
