Easy recipe

 I had posted my success with the egg, cottage cheese and SF jelly a few days ago so tonight I changed it up.  I had an egg, 1/3 cup greek yogurt and chopped onions, yellow peppers and a tbsp of shredded cheese.  Whisked it all up, sprinkled a bit more shredded cheese on top and microwaved it for 3 minutes.  Tasted like a really yummy cheese souffle or something.  I am finally starting to understand how to look at something I want and make it in a healthy way.  Pretty exciting.  

Oh geez, I tried to make those protein truffles I had posted about and they gagged me.  YUCK!
