Which ice cream maker do you use?

With the warmer weather around here, I am really thinking of making the protein ice cream I have read about. It has probably been covered but what kind do all of you use if you make protein ice cream?

I don't want to mess with the salt and ice so something easy and electric cuz I don't want to hand crank either, LOL.

Thanks!

I don't have one yet - but plan on either getting the cuisinart one or the attachment for the kitchen aid.  Leaning more towards the kitchen aid one.

Yeah, I am eyeing the cuisinart 1.5 qt one too.  Good for you for having the kitchen aid!  My daughter is quite the cook and has all that stuff.  Me, not so much, LOL.

I have the Cuisinart. It is very easy to deal with.

I have a Cuisinart.

I also have a Kitchen Aid Professional that my daughter thinks is hers.  She snagged it a couple of years ago and does not want to give it back.  She uses it almost every day for something.

Lello Junior has a built in compressor, so nothing to freeze.  It is great for protein ice cream because it works with a small amount of liquid.  Plug it in, pour in a protein shake, and 20 minutes later you have a big dish of protein ice cream.  If you want another batch right away, the machine is ready to go.  The ice ring for the other ice cream makers took up space in the freezer and many hours to refreeze.  Lello is simple and fast.
