Abdomen tender and pains after eating?

Hello All! I'm 4 years out from RNY and for the past 4-5 days, my abdomen has been tender and nearly every time I eat, I get full extremely fast and I feel uncomfortable.  I've had a history of GI issues (constipation/diarrhea) which come and go, but I'm still passing gas (so I'm not worried about an obstruction). Anyone ever experience this?

did you have open surgery or Lap? Have you had any open surgeries?  I had this exact pain  from a hernia after having open surgery to correct my bowel obstruction and perforated colon. It was about 1 year after those surgeries.   Every time I ate the pain in my belly was unbearable.  Once I had a bowel movement, the pain passed.  Does this sound like your pain. If so, you need to get yourself checked out.  I had mine repaired in December and  I feel so much better now

I had it done lap in 2009. I'm going to call my surgeon tomorrow. I had a hernia a year after surgery but it didn't hurt like this. I hope it's not another one!

It may be ulcer, or adhesions. Or just severe constipation. That combined with adhesion - mash cause a lot of pain.
