when I had my kidney stone surgeries I was given a long list of meds that I wasnt allowed to take prior to surgery - some didnt matter since I already didnt take - All NSAIDS, aspirin, blood thinners (coumadin, plavix and a couple new ones), anything with vitamin E, vitamin K - can cause bleeding (therefore no multivitamins) and 2 weeks really wont hurt you.  I had to educate my urologists office because they actually listed all B;s, calcium, D, herbals and other minerals.  I got them to let me take my B's, Iron and  calcium.

If there is the slightest chance of any bleeding from the vitamins, you dont want to take the chance. It is only 2 weeks.

I wish you the best.
