I will be a year out on April 24th. I went from a size 20/22 down to a (drum roll please) size 4 !!!! I cannot believe it. I look in the mirror and then at the size tags-and its not computing. So I will need some time for the warped mental image I have of myself to change, but I am very very happy with the results. I start the "Insanity" program tomorrow. I tried it a few months back but couldn't keep up. Now I think I'm ready. Also I'm looking for friends to add to the app "loose it" (I like it better than my fitness pal). I have no regrets and am loving my choice, and my new lifestyle. I have learned so much, and I thank everyone on here for sharing their lives and knowledge .

Isn't it crazy when you see those sizes?! I still look at my pants and wonder "will it fit?" And sure enough it does. But I always have that moment of panic when I'm pulling them up and I think, "Oh no! It's not gonna button!" I'm on lose it too. I like it better for some reason. I'm under Dee Valenz

Congratulations! I'm at that size 16...14... not quite sure what rack to look at stage....kind of odd....don't know where I belong. I know that it will change again and again.
