Holy Schmoly! - 6 month appointment tomorrow

Hey Y'all -

I just had to share - I have my 6 month op appointment tomorrow afternoon - it is a week early (RNY 8/22/2013) my surgeon is going on vacation. I am super excited.

As of this morning I stepped on the scale and 81 pounds gone! Never in my life did I think that I would go from 290 to 208. (Might change by tomorrow - hate it when I eat too much salt and the scale is yucky) I have my life and health back - I am not to onderland or close to my goal weight yet but I will be happy and celebrate this!

Congratulations! It looks like we were less than a week apart with surgeries (I just had my 6 month yesterday)

I totally know how you feel - it's such an amazing journey and one I never imagined. Today a co-worker commented on my collar bones and told me to not lose so much - LOL
