I wish I had more problems. If something has over 20g I will get an instant headache and nausea. It's been over 2 years now so I've tried a lot. The thing that gets me big time is the cheap buckets of ice cream. :p Do not go there!

I can eat as many as I want, but after 28g I dump like a truck...  You have to find your own levels. I just rec being home when you try new stuff and if there is a roomie in the picture, you may want them to know you're trying something new.

Example. I tried a shot kraken at 10 months out. On the floor crawling on my stomach and babbling like an idiot in under 2 minutes, passed out at 8.  Back up  and like nothing ever happened in 90.  Poor boyfriend was spazzing :)

My plan says to avoid anything with more than 2 grams of added sugar to it (naturally occurring sugar is fine). Other than that - I don't plan to find out if I would tolerate more. I am just going to assume I will dump on more.

Wow 2 grams of sugar is not alot at all!  My plan says about 7-8 grams of sugar per meal and I can't really tolerate anything over 12 grams of sugar so it just depends.  Good luck!

Well, they teach us to label read. If a product has more than 2 grams of sugar in it, then we go to the ingredients. If any form of sugar is listed within the first 5 ingredients, it is not allowed, otherwise it is fine.

I was taught to read labels too LOL....2 grams of sugar is still really low but if you can make it work that's awesome!!

I can do 12-15 grams of sugar. Any more than that and my heart races(not pleasant).

Thank you everyone! Now I  have a general guide line. I'm terrified of dumping and want to avoid it as much as possible.

So naturally sugars in fruit are okay then?
