Well since I did the eating thread...what the heck, what's for dinner???
Late supper for hubby and I tonight. Totally misjudged my crockpot timing - you'd think I was a rookie when, in reality, I use my crockpot all the time! Anyway, kids ended up with sandwiches for supper because the crockpot wasn't ready in time. So once they go to bed, I'll enjoy and they can have leftovers later this week.
On the menu: Pork roast, cooked carrots, and a small amount of potatoes for me.
Perhaps my late supper will help me resist the evening snacking, since I'll be eating dinner when I'm usually grazing the kitchen!
No workout today - volunteered at my son's school during that time. Might have to do some abs and toning at home tonight. Maybe it will improve my cranky mood!

the plan:
B - greek yogurt with toasted almonds
S - grape tomatoes
L - 4oz.veggie souffle, 1 sm. slice roast chicken
S - 3/4oz nuts -almond, pistachio, cashew, coconut flakes ( i pre-package mixed nuts ahead of time so i can grab and eat)
D- stir fried edamame, broccoli, collards, green beans. shredded chicken with Thai chili sauce dressing
S - 1/2 quest bar or Powercrunch bar
