Feels like old times!

I have decided to take my 13 year old daughter on a "date." I have started doing that, taking each child out individually, a while back. It gives me a chance to get into their heads and see what's important to them. She wants to do PF Chang's. If we do I'll get some Dali Chicken (super spicy!) no rice and split lettuce wraps with her.

Other than that here's what I've had today:

1. "The Clappe" - Click and Fit Frappe mixed together with milk and ice

2. A totally yummy microwave egg scramble (

RNY Gastric Bypass 1-8-08 350/327/200 (HW/SW/CW). I spend most of my time playing with my food over at Bariatric Foodie - check me out!

I will probably have the same thing I've had all week. Three chicken meatballs and some cheese. Boring and simple, but it works!

It's the Middle Daughters 22nd Birthday today. Dad is out of town so the girls are going to party!!!

They want  Pizza hut, Not sure if I will have a small piece of that (I did request a thin crust) and some salad. I have cheese in the fridge I can munch on and other options.

Good to have you back Nik!!!!  Hope your date night is wonderful!!!

Just topped off some turkey kielbasa served with red onion, green and red peppers and 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes.

Our washer just got fixed and we're getting caught up on that.

My gym clothes are in the dryer and once we get to a good spot with the laundry hubby and I will be hitting the gym.  :)

I had a taco salad for dinner. Very little lettuce and a lot of chicken, black beans and Refried beans and cheese. Topped off with salsa, verde and sour cream.
