What are you eating/doing today? Wednesday!
It really is freezing outside and it's making the gym sound like a good idea since I get hot there! :)
Pre B: 2 cups of strong coffee...had to clear the cobwebs
B: Special K frozen bfast sandwich. It wasn't too bad!
S: Handful of cashews and a cheese stick
L: Zucchini lasagna made with turkey meat sauce! YUM!
S: Probably turkey lunch meat/pepper jack roll ups
D: Thinking of making turkey kielbasa with grilled onions and peppers and a side of potatoes.
S: Depends...maybe some meat and cheese again? Maybe a WW ice cream.
Happy Wednesday all!
Having a tough day at work unfortunately. Although I'm traveling everywhere with my gel cushion, having any pressure at all on my ****yx just sucks. I wi**** would hurry up and feel better, but dislocating and fracturing it all at once there's a lot that needs to heal I guess. I'm just looking forward to being at home so that I can lay down and relax for a little bit. My husband had a root canal today, so I imagine we'll be a pretty pathetic pair this evening, haha.
On the upside, I have not allowed this injury to get in the way of my daily exercise. I am still doing a 70 minute yoga practice each morning. I can't go back to bikram until the tailbone is fully healed and that makes me sad, but I've been trying to focus on the things I can do so I don't feel so damn grumpy about it.
I'm just having my coffee during the day today since I'm still on the 18/6 split. I'll probably have some leftover slow cooked pork and butternut squash soup for dinner, and then a few small snacks throughout the evening. Lately I've been sticking with nuts, boiled eggs, homemade mini raisin whole wheat bagels with "cream cheese" (yogurt I've strained until it's cream cheese consistency), vegetables with peanut butter, or whatever leftovers are around the house. We have a ton of the slow cooked pork and it's really good cold so that's an easy snack to grab.
Hope everybody has a wonderful Wednesday! :-)

Late today, but here goes. I'm still on my low carb kick. It doesn't feel like it's helping much though :(
1) EAS protein shake
2) coffee coffee and more coffee
3) ham and cheese wrap & cucumber
4) Cashew chewy bar
5) church tonight, so maybe another shake
6) pork rinds and pimento cheese. (sounds disgusting but is really good )
That will do me for the day.
Maybe not a good idea to read through all these while I'm waiting for my late supper to finally finish cooking! Getting me (head) hungry!
Breakfast was a protein shake
Lunch was leftovers from eating out last night - a couple waffle fries with special dip and this turkey club quesidilla like thingy
Snack so far was a couple chocolate teddy grahms and some fiesta chedder snack crackers.
Waiting on supper now - pork roast, baby carrots and a little bit of potato from the crockpot
Snacks later, if needed, will be apple slices with greek yogurt or some cashews maybe...
