My son and soon to be daughter in law just got an Australian Shepherd pup and she is so stinking cute!

His registered name will be "Lora's Ferox Defensor Augustus" (Fierce Defender in Latin), but his call name will be either Gus or Augie. My mother has already said that she and my SIL are going to call him Augie no matter what I call him. I am still undecided. Augie seems cute for a puppy, but Gus seems more appropriate for a grown Chow! I will probably mostly call him Gus, but also call him Augie to he answers to both.
