You look FANTASTIC!

I know what you mean about being down in the dumps, I'm right there with you. I just feel like a failure, don't know if everything I'm doing is worth it. I'm working out 5-6 days a week, eating right, but the slow weight loss is getting to me.

Sorry, I didn't mean to hijack your post. I know how great you are doing, you look awesome. Keep your chin up! You're an inspiration!

sorry to hear your in the dumps..but to help you with the pizza cravings..well take all of your favorite toppings, chop them up pretty fine...mix in parm cheese, mozz cheese, what ever cheeses you have on hand...mix in some garlic powder, oreagno, italian seasonings...go easy on those....mix this all up...then spray some parchment paper and melt glops of this mixture....pizza chips...same taste as pizza, but not crust...in fact that is what we are having for dinner..i used turkey pepperoni, some sausage, some ham, and onion...chopped all fine, then added the cheese and spices..just put first batch in oven...dip in pizza sauce or eat plan..they are even good cold...hubby askes for this now over ordering pizza...

good luck, and your photos look amazing..

have a blessed day

Thanks! That's sounds delicious! I've done the cauliflower pizza and that was good. But for some reason I just wanted to eat something normal. Like the way I would eat before. I wanted pizza and their frozen yogurt. I can't yogurt either. Lactose intolerant.

Thanks. I feel a bit better. I went outside and sat in the sun for a bit and it felt good on my face. I started feeling pretty good. Just gotta keep the happy thoughts flowing.
