What am I doing wrong

This happened to me too.  I am one month out and have not lost since the first 2 weeks.  I find it difficult to stay off the scale, but I can drive myself crazy with weight numbers.  I am going to try to be patient and keep doing what the doctor tells me.

I know it's just so hard not to weigh. How much water can you drink in an hour? I can drink 16oz but my doc says that's good. Worried about stretching the pouch

I was told to drink double the amount of water you are.  Water flushes the fats and toxins from your body. Adequate amounts are also necessary for metabolism. Try upping your water intake and see what happens.  Every doctor's plan is somewhat different, but at 5 weeks I was probably only getting about 500 calories a day. Also, you wil go through stalls where your body is just adjusting. Everyone's timeline for those is different.  And try to be patient.  You didn't gain all the weight in a short time and you are going to lose it in just weeks.  But with RNY you will lose weight  because of the mal-absorptive state your body now operates with, but maybe just not at the same rate as others.
