I'd be worried the richness would make me sick. I bet it's made with a rich milk and lots of fat.

Although I'm not a no fat, low fat eater now early out I know it would have made me sick.

I would be very cautious so early out.  I don't remember the exact statistics (although I am sure you can find it online somewhere) but when I checked the nutritional info on all their soups (BIG fan of the black bean soup!) I crossed the broccoli cheese soup off of my mental list because it was somewhere around a gram of fat in each ounce and, If I am, remembering correctly, was like 300 calories.

speaking of paneera bread, i've been wanting to try their low fat black bean soup! looks good... ugh nevermind, just looked it up, way too many carbs for me.

Of course it has carbs... It is made from beans!  Beans are a very healthy carb, though, because they are so high in fiber.  They are  also an excellent source of protein, so I am not sure why you would avoid it based on just the carbs.  Not all carbs are created equal.  Your body processes carbs and fiber from black beans a LOT differently than carbs (and very little fiber) from a piece of white bread.

50g of carbs is too many for a serving, thats what was on their nutritional info. And only 9 of that was fiber. Its a pass for me.
