Help!!! I am so confused. I have been buying different protein supplements and I am finding out they may not be the right one...Or at-least not the right one for the best absorption. Please help with any suggestions. I feel I have wasted my first 3 weeks post op on bogus protein supplements...

Whey isolate is absorbed best, but whey concentrate, soy isolate, and calcium caseinate are all acceptable forms of protein.

For protein supplements I look for the highest amount of protein, along with the lowest fat and sugars.I have been buying Syntrax Nectar protein isolate powder.I also buy the Premier Protein RTD shakes. As for best absorption,I don't really understand the question, other than collagen, whey or soy protein absorb quite well.

I just got sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Collagen doesn't absorb well at all, actually.

For me personally it's the one I can actually get down, which changes almost daily, the ones Kelly said above and also pea protein which I found the second last time I was in hospital and couldn't stomach any of my others, it's more expensive but doesn't have that funky taste.
