By now, any extra poundage from holiday overindulgence should be showing it's ugly self on the scale!!!

So did you............GAIN???

I'll go first.  I weighed Saturday.  I gained 3 lbs.  I'm not freaking out-I'm cutting out the extras and upping the cardio.....

I gained 3 lbs also.  This morning I'm down 2 of those lbs; not stressing about the gain at all.  Three pounds is SO manageable and fairly easy to get off with good choices.

I didn't worry about my intake during the holidays so I knew it was possible I'd see myself up a few lbs.

No idea, I haven't been on the scale and I am on my Valentines day diet now.  I will report what I weight on Feb 13, before I go hog wild eating chocolate covered marshmellow hearts.  My clothes all fit the same so if I gained its not noticeable at all.

I didn't gain - but I didn't lose either. Playing with the same lbs I was playing with before the holidays. As I am only 6 1/2 months out, its time to see the scale start moving again! I started journalling my food and am getting back to the YMCA.

Between 01 Oct. and this weekend I gained 13 lbs. Less-than-stellar food choices and not maintaining my exercise habits. I know that I can get back to goal, though, with better food choices and getting back into the exercise groove. :)

yikes I gained 7 pounds since beginning of November and have since lost 2 of those...started exercising, journaling my food and cut almost all snacking out....amazing how once I cut the snacking I dont feel as many cravings.

Nope, from the Saturday before Thanksgiving to this past Saturday, I lost 1.8 pounds!  Quite an accomplishment at 5 years out, I think.
