That is a great idea! I never wouldve thought of that! I'm totally doing that! Its a 7 hour flight, so that would be perfect. I'm gonna call today to ask if I can take canned food. I dont mind if they go through my bags. All I'll have is clothes and food!

one thing to consider (and i'm not sure of the rules because I've never been!), is they may not allow food because it's an international flight.  I know they can be particular about things like that.

That is so exciting though!

How about some dried beans and lentils?  You can make a good soup with the fresh veggies while you are there.

I'm with you on the pupusas! LOL

There should be lots of bean dishes, roasted chicken, etc. I also agree on the fish dishes--probably a good backup option if it's available.

Yeah!!! I love pupusas! Biut they don't love me.

Fortunately I called the airlines and I can take canned food in my check in bags. Yaya!!!

So I am set!
