I don't know if I can cuss but God Damn you look amazing!!!!!! That's probably the best transformation I've seen so far and there are some incredible ones.  I can't wait to be able to wear a suit to work and look like a normal person instead of the fatso at the conference table!!!!!!! Thank you all for ur nice comments would u believe I dint really feel a difference til I seen the pics lol!  at 420lbs I was locked or trapped in my own body my kids were doing martial arts and I said wow I wish I could do that , and now I test for my orange belt on the 7th :) which is 4 belts into my black belt journey :) all I can say Its been hard but worth it still not to goal yet but Im really focused still measuring my food and doing protein shakes like it was the first 3 months that's my secret when I stop losing i increase my protein :) almost always works. I do my 50 min classes 4 times a week so I stay active ! I love my tool:) I love Dr Peter Crookes:)  I would do it all over again in a heart beat !!!
