How long were you off of work?
1 week off--wow people took a LONG time off. I work retail but was able to mainly work at my desk for a few days before I had to travel to stores. I just took it slow. I think each person is very different though. I made sure I did as much walking as possible that 1st week off to get the gas moving. I had a cousin and a lady I work with both have the surgery and both took 1 week off too.

Most people can go back after 2 weeks, which was what I did.
