I have faith in you Jan!! You have your head on straight and seem to be on a good path. My daughter turned 17 last month and just this week told me that she still feels 13. I don't 'feel' 55 either (although what does any age feel like?).

I appreciated your message about my first family holiday get together. It was very difficult for me, but I got through it and didn't have to repeat the agony again, thank goodness!!

Thanks Laurie! I scoured this and other sites before and early after my surgery for shots like this one to give me hope. That is why I do them now....paying it forward I guess
