I never thought I would be able to say this: I walked a 5K on my treadmill tonight! Considering that when I started this journey in June I could only walk 15 minutes at a really slow pace and felt like I was having a heart attack, this is really amazing. And I even love to exercise now!!

I know, I know! Same here but I'm at 25 minutes on a half jog. My heart rate gets up to 140 but I don't kow what it should be. It is 70's and 80's normally. Congratulations to you. It's exciting.
