Merry Christmas from New Hampshire where the snow is falling and we are happy and healthy!! I hope that you all, where ever you are, are happy and thankful. A special thank you goes out to those in the military that keep us safe and free......

As today progresses and the food is calling your name, remember that "Just because you can doesn't mean that you should". The feeling of holidays come from people, not things or food. I appreciate every one of you!!

Merry Christmas right back at you. I survived the Christmas eve get together. Didn't' eat a thing. I wasn't' sure how

pizza would settle so I didn't take the chance. Yea for me.  No dinners to go to today. But I have my homemade TV dinners

in the freezer.   

To me nothing tastes worse that the aftertaste of the guilt that I would put on myself! Good for you Linda!!

Merry Christmas everybody! Hope you all have a safe & wonderful Christmas with your families!

Merry Christmas everyone from Brighton,Illinois. I got through the Christmas Eve meal which is our big one with several ounces of prime rib, some green beans,and a couple bites of mashed potatoes. I am so thankful to be over 70 pounds lighter this year than last and to be able to get up this morning and walk 3 miles and be barely winded.  Hope you all have a joyful day and get to do something you love.
