You Tube

Hey Everyone -
I have started making You Tube videos to chronicle my weight loss and hopefully help others out there. They are SUPER lame and I look like a dorkball - but hey that is OK. My hubby thought it would be a good idea - I kinda think so too. I learned SO much from watching others stories and journeys on You Tube prior to my surgery.
My question is - if you were going to watch a You Tube video about WLS what would be interesting topics? What would you want to know?
If you want to check them out I am Shrinkingmrsj on You Tube
Happy Holidays to All!

I know a lot of people talk about what they are eating. And supplies they have bought. I usually just talk about progress and things that come up. I figure before surgery I will show the goodies I bought, etc.

I generally just talk about my weight loss, food, vitamins, how I'm feeling, and how things are going for me in general...I'm 7-1/2 weeks out, and have made 4 videos so far...I figure as I get more people watching, they'll let me know what questions they want answered. My channel is TheLosingLisa.
