Protein Banana Bread, anyone?

That's why I'm glad I have two variations of banana bread: one that uses the flour and one that does not. :)

I use some flax meal. It keeps the moisture and adds great fiber and some good fat. And fills me up. I got one recipe taht works great every time, but for pumpkin bread and not banana bread.

I used Carbquik instead of atkins and it turned out well.. not sure what its ingredients are tho

 

 

wait, no.. sorry. i was thinking about the pumpkin bread. 

i made the no flour version of the protein bread, which is delicious but the top of mine has a sticky texture for some reason. is it just me or did anyone else experience that? not immediately after baking but within a few hours. still delicious tho

Protein powder is more conducive to moisture. It's condensation. :)
